Policies & FAQ

  1. Same day delivery order cut off is 2 pm.
  2. Order minimum starts at $60.
  3. Delivery Available Monday - Saturday 
  4. Deliveries will arrive between morning time starting at 9am to evening time before 7pm  We can't guarantee more specific times.
  5. Flowers delivered  to a business, apartment, or any building, the driver will  call recipient if needed, to make sure the recipient is at the location. Flowers cannot be left outside (they need a safe place to avoid inclement weather, cold or heat). If nobody can receive the flowers, the floral arrangement will return to the shop and we will be in contact with the sender to schedule a new delivery. (An extra delivery fee will be charged).
  6. If recipients refuse the flowers, the shop will call the sender to take the appropriate action.
  7. Pick up service: All arrangements can be picked up after 4pm.
  8. Funeral or Sympathy arrangements: 
    • Delivery date: We need at least 24 hours notice to make sure we have the flowers for your arrangement. 
    • Deliveries arrive Mon- Sat. If Sunday Let us know at Least 24 Hours BEFORE the funeral service.

Refund and return

 At Canaima Floral Design we always want the best for our customers and to see them satisfied with our services and products. If you are unhappy with the final product, please call us at 615-971-6031 or email us at info@canaimafdesign.com within 24 hours so we can take the appropriate action.

1. If your flowers arrive damaged or they are not what you were expecting, we will replace it for free. Let us know  within 24 hours. Call 615-971-6031 or email at info@canaimafdesign.com and Please include pictures and order number.

2. If the flowers start looking bruised or falling apart within the first 48 hours, please contact us at info@canaimafdesign.com (Please include pictures and order number) or call 615-971-6031 for a replacement.

3. Remember flowers are perishable products, unfortunately after 72 hours NO credit, refund or discount can be processed for the flowers purchase.

4. If recipients refuse the flowers and want a refund, the amount of the item purchased will be refunded except for the delivery fee. Delivery fee is NOT refundable.

 Sale items (if applicable)

  1. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Replace items is applicable if the product is defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@canaimafdesign.com.


Customer must cancel the order 24 hours before the delivery date to get a refund. If the order has already been made and is on its way to be delivered, we are unable to cancel the order. Contact us at 615-971-6031 to take the appropriate action.
